2. Data we collect

Through our contact form we collect the following data:

• Full name
• Company name
• Email address
• Approximate number of employees
• Phone number (optional)
• Message content (optional)
• The page of the website from which the form is sent and the site you came from (the domain only, for example google.com). They are read when the form is sent, without cookies, and tell us which content is useful.

We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors under 14. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles.

Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory limitation periods. In the case of a contractual relationship, it will be kept for its duration and until any resulting liabilities have lapsed.

Your data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we rely on processors acting under contract (Art. 28 GDPR) and offering sufficient guarantees: Resend (sending the email generated by the form) and Cloudflare (website hosting, email routing and visit counting). These providers may process the data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (USA); such international transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR.

Should any provider be located outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure adequate safeguards are in place under the GDPR (adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

8. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary technical cookies. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and only shows us aggregate data, such as the most visited pages or the country of origin, without identifying anyone. Some blog articles include videos from our YouTube channel. They are not loaded when you open the page, only when you press play; from then on the video is served from www.youtube-nocookie.com and Google, as an independent controller, may store information in your browser under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect legislative changes or changes to our services. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
